Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Wired2Tech.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of Wired2Tech, Huawei, their agencies, affiliates and partners may not enter.
  • Proof of identity and age may be required before prizes are awarded.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on 08 June 2026 and closes on 08 July 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Entry Requirements

Participants must:

  • Like the official competition post.
  • Follow Wired2Tech and Huawei on the relevant social media platforms.
  • Share the competition post for an additional entry opportunity.

Failure to complete all mandatory entry steps may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners may be required to verify that they have complied with all entry requirements.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • The signed shoe is a collector’s item and may not be exchanged for a different size, colour or model.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via direct message, email or telephone using the contact details associated with their entry.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, declines the prize, or fails to provide the required information, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that their name, social media handle, photograph and/or likeness may be used by Wired2Tech for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

Personal information collected during the competition will only be used for administering the competition and prize fulfilment and will be processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.

10. General

  • Wired2Tech reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition process may result in immediate disqualification.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
